I've gotten the same product on here twice (there was nothing wrong with the first one, it just lost a fight with a motorized reclining chair), both times have been amazing. I received the phone more or less on time (took an extra day for the second one, but the weather was kinda shit), both phones arrived in great condition, they work wonderfully, you would never know they were refurbished, got them both under $600 too

Great Deal! I never thought about buying used-but this isn't the same as used. The phone was completely refurbished and even came with a screen protector. I'm more than happy with the deal. They offered less than I expected for my trade but it's better than sticking it in the drawer with the rest of my old phone

I ordered from the Excellent category, which is what my order receipt states. As I leave this review, the condition is listed as 'Very good' above the review text box. I would say that's a discrepancy in the details. This shipped fast, I had it within a week. Shipping packaging was great. It felt pretty safe and sound in the box. There was about a 50% charge on the phone, a usb-c to usb cable, a usb charger with it, and a quick start guide. The body of the phone has more nicks/scratches than I anticipated, and there's some kind of sticky adhesive along some seams (possibly from a repair..) Since this is a gift, I will be adding a phone case to it to hide the visible wear, which I suspect the recipient will be none the wiser. The screens don't appear to have any scratches. There is a visible bend in the screen where the phone folds, which isn't visible when the screen is on and looking straight at it unless there's a bright light that reflects off of it. The phone turned on and booted as expected. I didn't see any cracks in the screens. The screens are responsive and working as expected. I recently purchased the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G as a refurbished unit, and overall, I’m quite pleased with my choice.
